Job Description: Advancement & Engagement Coordinator
St. Henry District High School

Position Summary
St. Henry District High School is seeking an organized, creative, and relationship-focused professional to serve as the Advancement & Engagement Coordinator. This full-time position plays an important role in strengthening connections among alumni, families, donors, and the greater St. Henry District High School community through communications, events, and database management.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, comfortable with technology and social media, and passionate about Catholic education and community engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate alumni communications, outreach, and engagement efforts
- Produce alumni newsletters, email communications, and social media content
- Maintain and update alumni and donor records within the school CRM/database
- Assist with fundraising initiatives, including Giving Tuesday and the Annual Appeal
- Support planning and promotion of alumni and advancement events
- Create graphics and promotional materials using Canva and related platforms
- Assist with website and alumni association initiatives
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, volunteers, alumni, and community supporters
- Support various advancement and school events throughout the year
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with Google Workspace required
- Experience with social media, Canva, and database systems preferred
- Familiarity with fundraising, communications, or alumni engagement is a plus
- Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
