SAT Information
Always check the college catalog of your chosen college for the appropriate admissions test. You may take the admissions tests as often as you wish. Seniors are advised to take these tests early in the school year so that a test retake can be scheduled if desired. Juniors are advised to take the admissions test by the spring of their junior year.
The SAT Reasoning Test is a measure of the critical thinking skills you’ll need for academic success in college. The SAT assesses how well you analyze and solve problems. The SAT Subject Tests measure specific academic areas.
Register online and find test dates as well as test site information at www.collegeboard.org.
It is the student’s responsibility to have their SAT scores forwarded to an institution when applying to a college. SHDHS does not include this information on a transcript.
Students must record the St. Henry District High School code #180-770 on the online registration form.
