Tech CRU students won the showcase competition past weekend at Tech Olympics, hosted by INTERalliance at the Great American Ball Park. Carson Schmidt (Senior), David Reding (Senior), William Bartlett (Senior), Aaron Milner (Junior), Ray Neiheisel (Junior), and Collin Smith (Freshman) presented a concept that would help visually impaired people to learn Braille. It’s a small box with pistons and levers inside where pistons move up and down, and it will reflect braille characters so the user can learn Braille.
