2020-2021 St. Henry District High School
Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO)

Who are we?

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a group of dedicated parents who strive to have a positive impact on all of our children’s education while at St. Henry District High School.

What do we do?

The PTO meets three times per year and holds two fundraisers. Our Pampered Chef sale runs through the month of September and our annual Craft Fair is held on the fourth Sunday in October.

Where do the proceeds from our fundraisers go?

Our biggest impact is in the form of teacher grants. Each year, our teachers complete a grant form to request items to enhance their classroom experience. Typically, the grants are for items that are not covered by the school’s budget. The PTO also donates to After Prom, provides gifts for Administrative Assistant day, plans Teacher Appreciation Week, and hosts the Baccalaureate Reception in May.

How can I become involved?

Take a minute to look at the enclosed volunteer form and prayerfully consider becoming involved. The PTO is a great way to meet other parents while becoming involved in the success of your child’s experience while at SHDHS. All are welcome to join us at our first meeting of the year on Tuesday, September 15, at 7:00 PM. Contact any of our board members for more information.
