SHDHS Dance Event Form

Date / Time:  Friday, April 26, 2024 from 7:00 PM until 11:00 PM
Students may check in beginning at 6:30 PM, but all students must arrive by 7:30 PM.
Students are NOT permitted to leave before 10:30 PM without parental permission.

Ticket Cost:  $100 per student

Food
All attendees will be served a full meal (including dessert and drinks), provided by McHale’s Catering.

Rules
All school rules apply. Students must abide by the school’s Dress Code, Dance, Drug & Alcohol, and Tobacco Policies. Students may be randomly selected for a breathalyzer test at check-in. School will be dismissed at 1:00 PM to allow time for dance preparations.

Guests
Students are permitted to bring one guest. Guests are required to complete the permission slip below and must abide by SHDHs school rules; SHDHS students assume full responsibility for their guests. Guests must be high school age (no middle school students will be admitted) and may not be older than one year beyond high school (cannot have graduated from high school before 2023).
