SHDHS ACT Payment Form
- This test is being offered to Juniors and Seniors for a discounted rate of $50.00
- Payment is due by October 2nd, 2023.
- We will also accept a check payable to SHDHS. Students can bring the check to the main office in the care of Connie Cornett, SHDHS Business Manager.
- Reminders about what to bring and logistics about the October 17th test will be sent to Juniors and Seniors the week before the test date.
