Congratulations, George Barsan and Maria Wagner, Crusaders of the Week Mon, 06 Apr 2020 16:54:54 +0000 Congratulations to George Barsan and Maria Wagner, Crusaders of the Week, March 30 – April 3!

AP World History is a very challenging course and requires hard work, dedication, and most importantly “intellectual curiosity.” Mr. Graue nominated George Barsan as Crusader of the Week. George has all of these traits and so many more. George loves history and his knowledge of the subject is vast and constantly growing. He looks at the big picture of historical topics, not just an event that happened in the past, but as an event that has ramifications for us in the 21st century. Congratulations, George! AP World would also like to give an honorable mention acknowledgement to Carly Cromer. While Carly is quiet in class, her contributions to our class discussions are critical each and every day!

Mr. Ron Otte nominated Maria Wagner for Crusader of the Week for Environmental Science. Maria is a wonderful student and is always upbeat and positive. She is very conscientious and enthusiastic about her work in Environmental Science. Even in these difficult times with NTI, Maria has maintained her interest, enthusiasm and positive attitude. Thank you, Maria for making this difficult situation a little bit easier!!

Ms. Breeze nominated Joe Hutchinson, aka José, as Crusader of the Week for Spanish II.  He has been a ray of light in this time of uncertainty with his humor, go with the flow attitude, and overall demeanor. Thank you Joe, for keeping us laughing and working hard to make NTI a success!

Mrs. Shea and Mrs. Finke nominated Katelyn Payne for AAIMS Crusader of the Week.  Katelyn is a hard-working, very conscientious student who puts tremendous effort into her studies.
